WORKSHOP MINI Puakenikeni Leather Lei

 Spend an evening with us creating and customizing your very own MINI Forever Leather Lei! These lei's are fully customizable and made with the highest quality of full grain veg tan Italian leather. It can be viewed as an heirloom, an art piece, or even worn on that special occasion.

 In the duration of max 3 hours, you'll learn a unique skill in leather crafting, how to properly mold leather and string them on your choice of colored silk ribbon. Small beverages and snacks will be included, BYOB is welcome.

 What you'll need:

- Please wear covered shoes as you will be in a working leather shop. Tools required in this class are minimal but sharp tools and heavy machinery/equipment are at arms length. We ask you kindly to be mindful while moving about the room. Things may drop and move, watch your step.

          - The workshop may get cold at times, please wear appropriate clothing.

 What to know:

- Your leather lei is fully customizable! Upon sign up, please message us on any color requests no less than 2 weeks of class. If you have not requested additional colors, you will be given our beautiful standard puakenikeni colors. Orange, Yellow and White. We may have additional colors in our workshop, but this would be on the day of, and it may be limited. All lei's are made at 15 inches total length. Additional length can be added at an additional cost. Don't forget if you'd like to add anything special to your lei, please bring it with you and we can assist you if you need minor drilling such as shells, gemstones, etc.

 - This is a beginner/intermediate workshop. You will not be required to have any    leather making skills.

- Although a beginner's class, this requires some sharp tools, medium hammering and slightly strenuous hand work. If you need assistance, please don't hesistate to ask our makers so we can work with you on any part of the workshop.

- This class is a duration of 3 hours max. We will offer light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Alcohol is allowed but must be consumed only in shop, please be mindful and drink responsibly. 

- If you have any dietary restrictions or celebrating anything special, please email me with any requests.
